Bismark B.K. Ahenkorah, MSc, MGhIS – General Manager
Bismark is responsible the full spectrum of the business and its profitability including defining the company’s strategic vision, identifying potential investment opportunities, planning, implementing and controlling all financial and operational responsibilities of the company.
Bismark, a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), has an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Building Technology from KNUST, Kumasi.
Mr. Aikins Adu-Yeboah – Head, Finance & Administration
He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Banker and holds MBA-Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, Institute of Bankers Ghana and a Lecturer with over twenty-two (22) years’ experience in Taxation, Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Joseph Kulu Suwwir – Project Manager
He holds MSC Geo. Technical Engineering and PGC in Project Planning and Management. He is a graduate member of GHIE, GGS and ISSMGE with over fifteen (15) years’ experience in the real estate industry. He also holds BSc. Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi.
Mr. Gadafi Ahmed – Head, Estate Department
He holds a MSc Facilities Management and BSc Real Estate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi with a HND Estate Management from Kumasi Polytechnic. He has over Ten (10) years’ experience in the building and real estate industry.
